These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you access or use BiliBenta, including its Android app and related website. BiliBenta provides listings, discovery, profiles, and messaging for products, services, and talent. Users can message one another to discuss offers and decide whether or how to proceed. New account registration requires your affirmative acceptance of these Terms, including the prohibited product and service rules, and your acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the service.

Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old to register, and you must provide an accurate date of birth. No one under 18 may create a new account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping it current, and using the service in compliance with applicable law.
Your account and security
- Keep your password and email verification or reset codes confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account, subject to applicable law.
- Tell the support team promptly if you believe your account has been compromised; use Contact support in the app or the website Support form.
- Do not impersonate another person, create accounts to mislead other users, or bypass account restrictions.
Listings and user content
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content you submit, including product, service, or talent listings, descriptions, prices, skills, profile details, messages, and images. You must have the rights and permissions needed to post that content.
Do not post illegal, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content. Do not use the service to scam, threaten, spam, invade another person’s privacy, or share another person’s personal information without permission.
BiliBenta’s launch rules do not allow listings offering illicit or controlled drugs or drug paraphernalia; medicines, pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, or other regulated health products; firearms, ammunition, or weapon components; explosives, fireworks, or pyrotechnic products; tobacco, nicotine, or vaping/e-cigarette products; wildlife or wildlife-derived products; pesticides, fertilizers, or agricultural chemicals; or counterfeit, pirated, or stolen goods. Do not place a prohibited product in a different, substitute, or gear category because its dedicated category is unavailable. Gardening Gear and Pest Control Gear are for standalone physical, non-chemical equipment only; they do not permit fertilizers, pesticides, treated baits, formulations, or other prohibited agricultural chemicals. A restricted item remains prohibited if described as natural, organic, homemade, handmade, or for personal use, or if the seller labels the offer private. This posting rule applies whether users discuss, arrange, pay for, exchange, or complete the transaction on or off BiliBenta. These are BiliBenta posting restrictions, including where a particular transaction might otherwise be lawful; they are not a statement that every item in these broad classes is illegal under Philippine law. Genuine branded secondhand goods are not automatically prohibited solely because they are used, but counterfeit or stolen goods are not allowed.
Do not use any Service listing or BiliBenta message to offer, arrange, or facilitate the sourcing, procurement, ordering, purchase, pickup, transport, delivery, sale, dispensing, brokerage, or fulfillment of prescription or non-prescription medicines, controlled drugs, dietary supplements, or other regulated health products. This includes Pharmacy errands and general errand, shopping, transport, or delivery services used to obtain, collect, carry, or deliver those items. The restriction applies whether the pharmacy, order, payment, or handoff occurs on or off BiliBenta; a self-declared license or Commercial label does not create an exception.
Talent listings must offer the adult poster’s own lawful skills or services; do not post work or talent offers involving minors. Any vacancy listing must be posted by the direct local employer, be free to applicants, identify the employer and material role details, and use direct user-to-user messaging. Do not charge application, processing, placement, referral, or candidate-access fees; post overseas recruitment; or use BiliBenta to screen, match, refer, or place candidates.
You retain your rights in your content. You give BiliBenta a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and promote the marketplace features you use. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for copies retained in backups or records as described in the Privacy Policy or where required for legal, safety, or security purposes.
Seller declaration
BiliBenta uses one standard account system. Sellers may declare a Private or Commercial label, which can appear on their public profile and listing details. The declaration is self-reported, is not a verification or endorsement, and does not conclusively determine the seller’s legal status or obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your products, services, and talent offers comply with laws and any permits, professional qualifications, consumer disclosures, or other requirements that apply to your activity. A label or account does not authorize a regulated or otherwise unlawful activity.
Transactions and interactions
Users may use BiliBenta messages to discuss offers and decide whether or how to proceed. Payment, delivery, service performance, and post-sale handling may be arranged or completed outside the app. Messages can contain or evidence an offer, acceptance, or agreement; whether a particular chat forms or proves a binding agreement depends on its content, the users’ intent, and applicable law.
BiliBenta does not provide checkout, payment processing, escrow, or delivery/logistics. This describes available transaction features; it does not decide the platform’s legal classification or waive any duty imposed by law. BiliBenta does not guarantee a user’s identity, authority, offer, item, service, or performance.
Use good judgment when arranging a meeting, payment, or service. Review details, verify an item or provider, and avoid sharing unnecessary personal information. Report suspicious behavior through the in-app report tools or the website Support form. See the Safety Guide.
Moderation and service availability
We may review, restrict, hide, or remove content and limit or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate reports, enforce these Terms, address security issues, or comply with law. We aim to keep the service available, but features may change or be temporarily unavailable.
Account deactivation and deletion
You can deactivate an account or submit a permanent-deletion request through the app or the website Support form. Deactivation is not the same as deletion. A deletion request does not erase data immediately; it is reviewed, and limited records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legal, safety, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-investigation, or dispute purposes. Intellectual property
BiliBenta’s first-party source code is licensed under the MIT License; see the license and its scope. That license does not grant rights to the BiliBenta name, trademarks, logos or other brand assets, original artwork, editorial content, user-submitted content, or other non-code materials; those remain subject to their own terms or applicable law. Third-party components are governed by their own licenses. Except for the express MIT permissions for first-party source code and the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
Disclaimers and liability
The marketplace is provided on an “as available” basis. User listings and messages are not necessarily verified or endorsed by BiliBenta, and we do not guarantee another user’s identity, authority, offer, item, service, or performance. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right, remedy, or platform obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and support
We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the current version and updated date here and provide additional notice where appropriate or required. For questions, use Contact support in the app or the website Support form.
