Buying locally

Check the details before you agree.

A little preparation can help you compare an offer, ask useful questions, and make a decision that fits your needs.

Marketplace listings help you discover an offer; they cannot verify every detail for you. Take time to read, ask, and decide before arranging a purchase.

1. Read the whole listing

Check the title, description, photos, price, and general location. Look for details that matter to you, such as condition, included items, size, availability, or pickup arrangements. If something is unclear, ask before making plans.

2. Ask focused questions

Keep the conversation relevant to the item. Ask for clarification or additional current photos when appropriate. Do not share passwords, verification codes, government IDs, or unnecessary personal details.

3. Agree on the important details

Before meeting or arranging delivery, clarify the final price, where and when the exchange will happen, and what each person expects. BiliBenta does not guarantee an item's condition, delivery, payment, or the outcome of an arrangement.

4. Use thoughtful meeting and payment practices

  • Choose a public, familiar place when meeting in person, where practical.
  • Tell someone you trust about your plan.
  • Inspect an item before deciding or paying when that is practical.
  • Be cautious about urgent advance-payment requests or instructions to move to unfamiliar payment channels.

5. Report concerns

If a listing or message seems suspicious, use the app's report control on the relevant screen when available, or contact the team through the Support form.

Keep your private information private. Do not post a precise home address or send passwords, one-time codes, government IDs, or full payment-card details.
