Service and Talent listings can help you discover people offering skills. A profile or email-verified account is not proof of identity, credentials, work quality, or availability.
1. Compare the actual offer
Read the listing and any specialties, category, description, samples, or experience the person has chosen to share. If you need a qualification or particular experience, ask about it directly and decide what evidence is appropriate for your situation.
2. Define scope and deliverables
Describe the task or outcome you need. Clarify what is included, what is not included, how revisions or changes will be handled, and who supplies any materials or equipment.
3. Agree on timing, place, and price
Confirm availability, duration, location, price, payment timing, and cancellation expectations before work begins. BiliBenta does not guarantee that an arrangement will be completed or that a result will meet a particular standard.
4. Share information carefully
Provide only what is needed to explain the work. Avoid public home addresses, private documents, account credentials, one-time codes, and unnecessary financial details.
5. Pause if an offer raises concerns
Be careful with pressure, requests to disclose a code, unexplained advance payments, or claims you cannot verify. Use the in-app report action when available or submit a private safety request.
