Selling locally

Make your listing clear, accurate, and useful.

Good information helps people understand what you offer. Use these steps when creating a Product, Service, or Talent post in BiliBenta.

A listing is a first explanation, not a guarantee of a sale or a service engagement. Be accurate about what you can provide and update details when circumstances change.

1. Choose the right post type

Select Product for an item, Service for a service offer, or Talent to present your skills. Answer the questions shown for the selected category; relevant details can differ between branches and offer types.

2. Write a specific title and description

Use a concise title that names the item or skill. Explain useful details such as condition, scope, availability, inclusions, and any limitations. Avoid exaggerated claims or information you cannot support.

3. Set clear price and expectations

State a clear price or explain how a quote is determined. For services or talent, describe what is included and what would be discussed separately. Do not suggest that BiliBenta guarantees payment or performance.

4. Add thoughtful photos

  • Use clear images that represent the actual item, work, or portfolio material you have permission to share.
  • Check the background for addresses, IDs, receipts, phone numbers, or other private information.
  • Do not use images or logos you do not have permission to publish.

5. Respond clearly and keep the listing current

Answer relevant questions, confirm availability, and update or unpublish an offer that is no longer accurate. Use the available listing actions in the app. Report suspicious contact through the app or the Support form.

Protect your account. A genuine support request will never require you to disclose your password or a one-time verification or reset code.
